New behavior for WooCommerce variable products. If a variant of a product is configured as the default variant, we can send its ID and name when accessing the parent product page. Each tag has an option called "Track variant data when selecting variant," which is enabled by default on installation.
Whenever a variant is selected, we can send a new content view event, tracking the variant ID and name. This option is available under "Track product page" in WooCommerce.
The new brand field in WooCommerce can now be selected under "Google Analytics brand tracking" in WooCommerce.
A new option has been added to allow you to define the primary language when using WPML. This means you can configure the plugin to use the ID from the translation instead of the default ID. This will be helpful if the primary language of the directories (Meta, Google Merchant, Pinterest, TikTok) you create differs from the site. Use with caution, as it is usually not needed.
Product categories are now pre-selected in the Meta Medical Site settings.

New options related to our native Google Tag data layer can be found on the Google Tag settings page. You can choose our default name (dataLayerPYS - recommended), the usual name dataLayer (which may conflict with our GTM integration), or a custom name. These options are useful when our names conflict with those declared by external scripts.
Support for new customer parameters for our native Google Tags and GTM - WooCommerce and EDD purchase events. This parameter is used for Google Ads new customer campaigns.
The 'Send data layer only' option in our GTM integration.
WooCommerce and EDD item prices will follow the settings under 'Value Options' (including or excluding tax).

Supports Google Tag Manager. Now you can install GTM containers. We push all default and custom events to the GTM data layer. This is just a beta version, and we plan to develop further. In the future, we will provide an import file to create a GTM container that includes all tracked events and parameters as well as the most popular tags.
